I had such a fun time shooting Katie’s portraits. It was a gorgeous day and Katie was a blast to work with. Here are a few of the shots that I liked:

I had the opportunity to meet three wonderful young ladies a few weeks ago at a place called Camp Winnataska in Leeds, AL. What a great place! And what outstanding ladies I had the pleasure of getting to know. These girls have their priorities straight. I had such a good time photographing them, and I think you can tell from the pics…they did too! There are a couple where they are really cracking up. Thanks for allowing me to hang out girls, it was a blast. Hope you enjoy this sneak peak!

Brittany joined me for the Noccalula Falls shoot a couple of weekends ago. She and her boyfriend, Jeffrey, were my last clients of the day. Brittany was a referral from Katy. Dalton is the son of Jeff and Claire Leeth. Their family owned the store that I went to every day of my life growing up…”Leeth’s Grocery”. I pretty much stopped by there every day for the first 18 or so years of my life. Good times. Dalton has grown into a handsome young man. Dori is one of the other seniors I photographed at Noccolula Falls the other day. I also pretty much watched Dori grow up in my home church in Sardis, Alabama. I can remember when she was born. Wow. A little girl I love turned 4 a couple of weekends ago and, luckily, I was there to capture it all. She is turning into quite the young lady. I can’t believe she is already 4. Happy Birthday, Jade. Aunt “ManDAY” loves you very much.

I had such a great time getting to know Katy and Cody last weekend. Here’s to Katy having a wonderful Senior year at my old alma mater…SHS! Cody, who is about to leave for basic training, will soon be protecting the freedom that we enjoy every day. What an honor to get to know these two phenomenal young people. Good luck guys! I had the privilege of attending BR Williams’ 50th anniversary celebration August 16th with my family. I enjoyed hanging out with all of them and getting to know everyone better. Thanks for including us and here’s to 50 more great years!
